New Year, New Beats: Welcoming 2026 with Majestic DJs

As the calendar flips to 2026, I find myself looking back with gratitude and forward with some serious excitement. If 2025 was about the party, 2026 is shaping up to be about the unforgettable moments.

The new year is officially here, and for a wedding DJ, that means one thing: a fresh season of love stories, packed dance floors, and some of the most stunning locations Western Australia has to offer. My 2026 calendar is already filling up with incredible couples, and I can’t wait to bring the soundtrack to their big days.

Venue Spotlights: Where We’re Heading in 2026

One of the best parts of this job is the variety of scenery. This year, the Majestic DJs team and I will be spinning everywhere from the lush hills of the Swan Valley to the rustic charm of the South West.

Here are a few iconic spots we’re particularly excited to return to this year:

  • Riverbank Estate & Chapel Farm Estate: The Swan Valley never misses. We’re looking forward to those warm summer nights playing to a backdrop of rows of vines and golden sunsets.

  • Darlington Estate: For those who love a rustic, intimate vibe, Darlington is always a favorite. There’s something about the acoustics and the forest air that makes the dance floor feel extra magical.

  • Joondalup Resort & Lake Karrinyup Country Club: We’ll be bringing the energy to these expansive, elegant greens—perfect for those high-end, high-energy celebrations.

  • Swings & Roundabouts (Yallingup): We’re heading down south to the Margaret River region to bring the party to the Caves Road coast.

  • Assembly Yard: For the urban-cool crowd in Freo, we’ll be hitting Assembly Yard to provide that perfect industrial-chic soundtrack.

Whether it’s a phone meeting to nail down your "must-plays" or being there on the night to read the room and keep the energy high, my goal for 2026 remains the same: to make sure your wedding sounds exactly like you.
